How do I report an issue with the machine?
Please reach out to ask@garten.co with as much detail as possible in regard to the issue that you are encountering, the physical address of the fridge and any other applicable information. An agent will respond to you within 24 business hours of receiving your request. If necessary, a tech will be sent out to further look into the issue.
