I was charged incorrectly. What can I do?
Please reply to the e-receipt with a detailed explanation of which items you did purchase and which items you were charged incorrectly for. If you didn’t receive an e-receipt please email ask@garten.co with details of your request, full name, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to make the purchase for verification.
How do I report expired products?
Please reach out to ask@garten.co with the name of the product, the physical address of the fridge, and a picture of the item, if possible. We’ll send someone out to remove the expired product as soon as possible.
How can I adjust product selection?
Changes can only be made by the Decision Maker on the account, these individuals are typically the Office Manager or Facilities Manager of your building. Please have them reach out to ask@garten.co with the desired food request. We’ll do our absolute best to help meet the team's needs. Please note, only the volume of a product within the selected categories can be altered, specific products/brands can not be requested or ordered.
