After You've Booked a Provider
If, within 30 days of booking a provider, you find the same provider offering the same service at a lower priced published else where online, here are the steps to follow.

Submit the URL and, if possible, a screenshot of the lower price to ask@garten.co
- The Solutions Team will investigate to confirm that it is the same provider and the same service being offered
- Once we've finished our investigation we will get back to you with the results
- If we have found the listing and provider to be the same, we will arrange a refund of the difference + 10% back to you
Before You've Booked a Provider
Please let us know at ask@garten.co and we will ask the provider to adjust their pricing down to the lowest published price online. You can then book the the provider at that adjusted price.
