Booking your event, service or webinar on the garten Experience Marketplace is as easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1:
Browse events or use our handy filters to narrow things down. You can also type in search terms in the search box up top.
Step 2:
When you find a provider or event you like, you can:
- View their profile for more information (just click on their name!)
- Contact the provider to ask questions
- Book them instantly
Depending on the listing type, just select a date and time, or the number of attendees, and click request. On the next screen you can add a message, and you'll in put payment details. Events are not confirmed until the provider confirms it on their end within 3 days. Further, funds are not released until you confirm the event has been completed, or after 12 days have passed.
3. Best Practices
Keep all conversations on the platform so our concierge team can help resolve any issues that may arise, such as a provider missing a communication from you. We'll be right on it to make sure your questions are answered and your expectations are being met.
In addition, you may want to consider the following:
- After you have booked a provider, their calendar is reserved for you. At that time you can set up a pre-event call to make sure you and the provider are aligned on expectations and outcomes for the event, and to make sure virtual events have no technical issues.
- If you would like to record the event, please clear that with the provider.
- Provider's schedules are usually booked 2 weeks out; please allow for a 3 week lead time, 4 weeks if kits are being shipped out or its a busy season, such as the holidays.
