How do I update my billing information?
You can easily update your billing information from the gartenTV Home Page.
To update billing information:
- While logged in, navigate to the user dashboard via My Account
- From the user dashboard, click on Billing
- In the Billing view, update card information and click Save Card
How do I remove my payment details?
In compliance with GDPR, you have the ability to remove your payment details at any time. To remove payment details, you will need to be logged in so you can access your dashboard. To remove payment details:
- Log in and navigate to the user dashboard via the My Account or Dashboard link
- From the user dashboard, click on Billing
- Under your credit card information, click on Remove Card
- On the pop-up, confirm the card should be removed
- Once removal has been confirmed a success message will appear indicating the payment information was successfully removed from your account.
- If you choose to make future purchases, you will need to re-enter your payment information and then follow the same process to remove it once the transaction is complete.
NOTE: If you provided your payment details while signing up via a native ott app, you will need to contact the App Store or Google Play to make changes to your account.
