My email is taken
If you are seeing 'Email has already been taken', this means you already have an account. This may mean that you started the checkout process or signed up for free access content and have not yet remitted payment. Or it may be possible that you have paid previously, and you just need to sign in.
How do I reset my password?
You can easily reset your password from the gartenTV Home Page.
Note: Your password cannot be reset via apps. You will need to reset your password on the website and changes will be applied to app log-in credentials.
To reset your password:
- Navigate to the sign-in page
- On the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and click Send Instructions
- A confirmation will appear that the reset email has been sent
- Click on the Reset Password link provided in the reset email
- Enter your new password and click Change Password
- Confirmation of success will appear
- You will be automatically redirected to the home page to log in
How do I update my email & password?
You can easily update your email and password from the gartenTV Home Page.
To update Email:
- While logged in, navigate to the user dashboard via My Account
- Update email on the Profile tab and click Save Changes
To update Password:
- Logged in customers can navigate to the user dashboard via My Account
- Update password on the Password tab and click Save Changes
