Once you have signed up for a subscription, you will receive an order confirmation email listing the subscription name and price paid. This will automatically renew and you will receive a renewal notice once the charge has gone through.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you not wish to continue with your subscription, you will need to cancel your subscription before it automatically renews. You can cancel your subscription through these steps:
- While logged in, navigate to the user dashboard via the My Account or Dashboard link
- From the user dashboard, click on Billing
- In the Billing view, locate the active subscription and click on Change Plan
- Click Cancel Membership. Once this step is complete, the subscription will be officially canceled and you will not be charged for the subscription in future months.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can opt out of some email communications sent directly from gartenTV. To unsubscribe from Content Release Notifications, Marketing Mailers, and Chapter Drip Emails, you will need to click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received. The Unsubscribe link will only appear on emails that you can unsubscribe from and will not be visible on necessary emails (i.e. order confirmations). You will not be able to unsubscribe from essential emails like order confirmations and renewal notifications.
NOTE: Once you have unsubscribed from the content release, marketing, and drip emails, you will not be able to resubscribe to them with the same email address/account.
